Carlos Fong es un gran conocedor de la literatura universal y tiene un trabajo sostenido, que - sin mayores aspavientos - ha demostrado ser innovador y portador de nuestra cultura en sus historias. Es además un promotor de lectura comprometido y desde el Instituto Nacional de Cultura trabaja también en la promoción de escritores latinoamericanos.
Creo que este taller será de gran utilidad, no sólo para quienes quieran incursionar en la escritura de cuentos, sino para aquellos que quieran disfrutar más de sus lecturas y orientar su apreciación de la literatura universal.
